A: Themefleet.com is a small but fine theme shop for the well known blog and content management system Wordpress. You can buy our themes and change the look & feel of your wordpress site with just one click. All you need is a running Wordpress installation.

Q:”How much I must pay for this Wordpress thingy?”

A: Nothing. Wordpress is released under a open source license. That means its free to download and to use, even for commercial purposes (…like we do it here on themefleet.com…).

Q:”What can I do with Wordpress?”

A: You can run your own website without any HTML knowledge and edit and customize it from any internet connected computer around the world.
Basic HTML and CSS knowlege would be helpful but not necessary. You just need a bit webspace and a MySQL database to install Wordpress. Its very easy to use and normally it takes five minutes between the installation and your first blog post.

Q:”What I need to use your themes?”

A: A running Wordpress version 2.5 or higher. Our themes will work with older versions like 2.3, but we don´t test them all. So we can´t gurantee it. And for your own safety: Update your Wordpress installation to the latest version!

Q:”What payment options do you offer at themefleet.com?”

A: Currently we use Paypal. It is a very fast and secure instant payment system. You can pay with your PayPal debit, your credit card or from your bank account. Some options are only available if you are a PayPal member. But with your credit card you can pay from all over the world without a PP account.

Q:”How does the payment, checkout and deliver process work?”

A: It is realy simple: After adding a theme to your cart click on the “checkout” link. That guides you to the registration page where you have to left some basic informations. We just need your name, your country and a valid mail adress (!important! Your download link will be mailed to this adress. So double check it and enter no fake adress!) to process your order. Verify your informations and you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Pay and a few minutes later a mail with your download link will arrive in your inbox.

Q:”What do I get if I buy a theme with themefleet.com?”

A: You get a .zip archive which must be extracted to your local HDD. It includes the theme file plus additonal files. For example a Photoshop source file (if the theme use images) or fonts (if additonal fonts needed), scripts and/or blank image files.

Q:”What is the difference between a basic license and a developer license?”

A: A basic license holder can use the purchased theme on one of his websites at the same time. So it is not limited to a certain URL, but if you want to use it for two different sites you need to buy a second copy or a developer license (in this case a developer license is much cheaper).
The footer credit link to themefleet.com must stay intact. A developer license holder may remove the credit backlink and can use the theme on a unlimited number of his own or his client sites.

Q:”What is about support. Do I get help if I run into problems with your themes?”

A: Of course. Just hit the “contact” link in the topmenu and tell us about your problem. We normally answere within 24hrs. on business days and within 48hrs. on weekends and hollidays.
